Over the eight days of diving, athletes in four age categories (A, B, C and D, both male and female) will compete in 1m and 3m springboard events as well as platform events ranging from 5m to 10m. For the first time ever, High Diving has been included as a discipline in the Junior National Festival and will take place at the Olympic Park Sports Centre.
