Over the six days of diving, athletes in four age categories (A, B, C and D, both male and female) will compete in 1m and 3m springboard events as well as platform events ranging from 5m to 10m.
Without any junior national championship events occurring since 2019, an entirely new generation of divers will be looking to make their mark here at Parc Jean-Drapeau.
The junior national diving community is excited to finally come together in-person, and celebrate the sport in a festival-style environment.
We invite you to join us and see the future of Canadian diving on display!
