About Amélie-Laura jasmin
Amélie-Laura Jasmin is a talented Canadian diver from Montreal, known for her success in both national and international competitions. She has been diving since the age of 8 and continues to make significant strides in the sport. Her diving journey began when she attended a practice with a friend, and she immediately loved it. She decided to join CAMO to continue her development in the sport.
She loves the sensation of flying through the air with every dive and finds the challenge of pushing her limits during daily training both rewarding and motivating. Although diving is an individual sport, she greatly values the sense of camaraderie within her team. Diving has not only taught her a great deal about herself but also opened up many exciting opportunities.
At the 2022 Canada Games in Ontario’s Niagara Region, Jasmin showcased her skill by winning three medals, including a gold in the 1m springboard event, a silver in the mixed team event, and a bronze in artistic diving. Her performance during these Games highlighted her consistency and ability to excel under pressure.
In 2024, Jasmin made her debuts on the highest level on international stage at the World Aquatics Diving World Cup in Montreal. In 2025, she was crowned National champion in both the 1m and 3m events.
Jasmin’s dedication and achievements exemplify her commitment to diving, making her a notable athlete within Canada’s diving community.
In addition to diving, Amelie is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at HEC Montreal. She is passionate about traveling across the country and immersing herself in different cultures.
