Julianne Boisvert, a rising talent in Canadian diving, was born on April 2, 2005, in Mirabel, Quebec. She started diving at the age of 7 after jumping from the 3 m springboard after one of her swimming classes. She competes platform events and train at the Canadian Diving Institute in Montreal. Boisvert joined the national team in 2022, showcasing her skills in both individual and synchronized diving.
Her early achievements include competing at the 2021 Junior Pan American Games in Cali, Colombia. She also earned multiple medals at the 2021 UANA Junior Pan American Diving Championships, including a gold in the 3m synchronized event with Sonya Palkhivala and a silver in the 10m synchro with Katelyn Fung. These accomplishments highlight her versatility and strong international presence as a junior athlete.
Boisvert favorite event is the 10 m platform since she likes the adrenaline feeling. Since she saw Meaghan Benfeito won an Olympic medal at Rio in 2016, her dream is to become an Olympic medalist. She keeps pushing her limits every day to make her dream come true.
