Diving Plongeon Canada Announces New Partnership with Pivot
January 30, 2026 — Diving Plongeon Canada is proud to announce a new partnership with Pivot Sport Medicine and Orthopaedics, a leading sport medicine, physiotherapy, and orthopaedics clinic, reinforcing its commitment to providing high performance medical support to Canadian divers.
The AQUA-recognized Aquatics GB Diving International in Sheffield this weekend marks the first official event of this new collaboration.
Through this collaboration, Pivot will provide experienced medical specialists who will travel with Diving Plongeon Canada’s national teams, ensuring a high level of continuity of care throughout training camps and international competitions. This added presence will enhance coordination, communication, and overall medical services available to athletes.
Recognized for its professionalism and excellence, Pivot brings extensive expertise in high-performance sport environments, which makes them an ideal partner as Diving Plongeon Canada continues to prioritize athlete health, safety, and performance.
This partnership complements the ongoing work of Diving Plongeon Canada’s medical teams within the COPSIN network, further strengthening an already robust medical support system.
“Working with a highly professional group like Pivot is a natural complement to the outstanding work already being done by our medical teams within the COPSIN network,” said Andrée Pouliot-Deschamps, Senior Director of Elite Performance at Diving Plongeon Canada. “This partnership will allow us to improve continuity, coordination, and quality of care for our athletes, both at home and abroad. We are very pleased to be collaborating with a team that shares our commitment to excellence and athlete well-being.”
“At Pivot, our priority has always been to provide athletes with consistent, high-quality care in the environments where they perform,” said Dinah Hampson, Founder and Lead Sport Physiotherapist at Pivot Sport Medicine and Orthopaedics. “We are excited to collaborate with Diving Plongeon Canada and to support their divers with integrated, evidence-based medical services that prioritize athlete well-being, communication, and long-term performance.”
Diving Plongeon Canada is confident that this collaboration will elevate the level of service provided to its athletes and contribute positively to their long-term health and performance.
